Eligible families can attend a Fruit and Vegetable Coupon Program distribution event ONCE EVERY SIX MONTHS. To learn more about eligibility click HERE.

A digital self-attestation form from Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services must be completed in person at a scheduled distribution event in order to receive a fruit and vegetable coupon booklet. The digital self-attestation form will ask families a series of questions to confirm they meet the eligibility criteria described above. If a family is not eligible, the digital self-attestation form will close. If a family is eligible, the applicant will be able to continue the self-attestation form and provide additional required information such as name, social security number, and address, children’s names and ages. 

Eligible families can attend a Fruit and Vegetable Coupon Program distribution event ONCE EVERY SIX MONTHS regardless of which distribution event location attended. All scheduled Fruit and Vegetable Coupon Program distribution events are first come, first served while supplies last. The distribution event schedule included below is subject to change. 

Fruit and vegetable coupon distributions currently occur at two different locations – the West Side Market and local farmers’ markets.

Coupon booklets received at the West Side Market can only be spent at the West Side Market prior to their expiration date, 12/31/2023

Coupon booklets received at a local farmers’ market can only be spent at participating farmers’ market locations. Recipients will be able to use their coupons at over 20 farmers’ markets across Cuyahoga County prior to their expiration date, 12/31/2023
