Fruit & Vegetable Coupon Program:

Central Ohio

The Fruit & Vegetable Coupon Program helps make produce more affordable for Ohio families. Eligible families receive a Fruit & Vegetable Coupon booklet worth $140 (each booklet contains 28 $5 coupons) – redeemable at participating locations.

The Fruit and Vegetable Coupon booklet distribution will occur at the various markets in Central Ohio in October, 2023. Distribution will continue while supplies last. Visit the information booth or contact the market for more information.

Eligible recipients must meet ALL of the following criteria:

Be a U.S. citizen or meet a citizenship exception under the Ohio Administrative Code 5101:1-2-30.

Have a minor or a pregnant woman in the house

A digital self-attestation form from Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services must be completed in person at the Toledo Farmer’s Market in order to receive fruit and vegetable coupons. The digital self-attestation form will ask individuals a series of questions to confirm you meet the eligibility criteria.
