Look for the green-canopied Main Street Medina tent
Complete a signup form in person at the Medina Square Farmers Market on Saturday June 13th while supplies last. No need to bring documentation, you will complete a form in person.
✅ Who is Eligible?
To qualify, participants must meet all of the following criteria:
✅ Be a U.S. citizen or meet a citizenship exception
✅ Have a minor or pregnant woman in the household
✅ Meet the income limits listed below:
