When: 5pm-7pm

Where: CityFresh Stop Lakewood (15425 Detroit Ave., Lakewood)

Complete a signup form in person 5pm-7pm. No need to bring documentation, you will complete a form in person. Check your eligibility below!

✅ Who is Eligible?

To qualify, participants must meet all of the following criteria:

✅ Be a U.S. citizen or meet a citizenship exception
✅ Have a minor or pregnant woman in the household
✅ Meet the income limits listed below:
