Complete a signup form in person at Worthington Farmers Market from 9am-12pm. No need to bring documentation, you will complete a form in person. Visit the Produce Perks table inside the mall. Check your eligibility below!

✅ Who is Eligible?

To qualify, participants must meet all of the following criteria:

• ✅ Be a U.S. citizen or meet a citizenship exception

• ✅ Have a minor or pregnant woman in the household

• ✅ Meet the income limits listed below:
