When: Monday, September 7th, 12pm-1:30pm
Where: 1704 W Galbraith Rd, North College Hill
Complete a signup form in person at the car show on Monday, Sep 7th 12pm-1:30pm. No need to bring documentation, you will complete a form in person. Check your eligibility below!
📢PLEASE NOTE: This is a sign up event only, there will be no booklets at the event. Produce Perks Midwest will mail customers booklets after they've signed up with the Hamilton County Public Health Navigators.
✅ Who is Eligible?
To qualify, participants must meet all of the following criteria:
✅ Be a U.S. citizen or meet a citizenship exception
✅ Have a minor or pregnant woman in the household
✅ Meet the income limits listed below:
